The Principality of Sancratosia adheres to the declarative theory of statehood. If your State has a defined territory, a permanent population, a government and a capacity to enter in relation with other micronational states, you have our de facto recognition from the Principality of Sancratosia.

The Principality of Sancratosia revokes a treaty only under extreme circumstances, the most common being the dissolution of a State.
