Treaty between the Principality of Sancratosia and the Kingdom of Sildavia
The Sancratosians and the Sildavians;
For the common desire to maintain and promote their cultures and traditions with fundamental respect for other cultures and traditions, anxious to exalt the common characteristics among the peoples mentioned and desirous of together, to create bonds that make this bilateral relationship a highlight in the Concert of Nations;
In order to maintain peace and stability, to promote prosperity and well-being and, at the same time, to guarantee the security and rest of the interests of the parties involved, they have, with the approval of Her Majesty, the Queen of Sildavia, and Her Sovereign Highness, The Sovereign Princess of Sancratosia the conclusion of this treaty which provides for diplomatic recognition between the parties and the establishment of a diplomatic relationship;
In view of this important act, which will come into force in its promulgation on 14 January 2022, the parties decided to conclude a treaty and, to that end, themselves, through mutual deliberation;
Agree to the following :
Article 1.
The governments of Sancratosia and Sildavia declare in an irrevocable and irreversible way to recognize each other as the legitimately established governments, sovereign and independent nations, in their declared territorial denominations. Such recognition may be justifiably terminated or suspended, or if one of the signatory states ceases to exist.
Article 2.
The governments of Sancratosia and Sildavia declare irrevocably and irreversibly to waive any right or intention to intervene in the internal affairs of both countries.
Article 3.
The two countries are committed to recognizing and respecting the government, the structure and administrative changes in both countries, should they occur.
Article 4.
The two countries are committed to respecting the culture and conventions of both countries.
Article 5.
The two countries are committed to building a strong and cooperative relationship.
Article 6.
This treaty, having been approved by the signatory parties, Her Sildavian Majesty the Queen of Sildavia and Her Sovereign Highness, The Sovereign Princess of Sancratosia comes into force as from 14 January 2022.
Given in Our Princely Palace in Sancratosia on thirteen January two thousand twenty-two.
