Treaty Sancratosia-Lomoria

Treaty between the Principality of Sancratosia and the Republic of Lomoria

The Principality of Sancratosia and the Republic of Lomoria, through their respective official representatives and committees, and as proof of their existing goodwill;

Agree to the following :

Article 1.

The Principality of Sancratosia and the Republic of Lomoria, as signatory parties, mutually recognize their existence as legal and constitutional micronations with full sovereignty, freedom and independence of both parties.

Article 2.

The signatory parties, at the micro or national level, mutually recognize and respect their symbols, territories, institutions and legal systems, as well as the legitimacy of their institutions, authorities and laws. For the same reason, they undertake not to interfere in their respective internal affairs or in the decisions made by their institutions as long as they have emerged from legitimate democratic processes.

Article 3.

Both micronations express their willingness to continue their diplomatic contacts and to continue advancing in relations of friendship and mutual cooperation such as the development and strengthening of their citizens and institutions and, consequently, of the microsphere in general, maintaining a constant channel of communication. For this, the immediate opening of the embassies will be carried out on their respective official websites, with the image of the symbols or the official flag of the other signatory micronation.

Article 4.

The signing parties are obliged to defend the integrity, sovereignty, independence and national reality of the other party, against any aggression from another nation or micronation.

Article 5.

Both micronations are free to establish alliances and friendship treaties with other micronations, to form intermicronational entities, without this being binding on the other party.

Article 6.

The signatory parties undertake to resolve their conflicts and differences through dialogue and through diplomatic channels. In addition, they undertake that, in the event that one of the signatory parties declares war on another micronation, this treaty will be reviewed and whether or not to proceed with its validation will be evaluated.

Article 7.

The two micronations agree by mutual agreement to make the signing of this Treaty public for the knowledge of their own citizens and microdiplomatic circles, incorporating the pertinent information on their respective official websites.

Article 8.

This Treaty will be ratified in accordance with the institutional procedure of each of the micronations and will enter into force on the day of its signature, each signatory party must dedicate it to the maximum promotion in its territory. Once this treaty is ratified, it will remain in force indefinitely, as long as it is not denounced in writing by one of the signatory parties. In case of proven inactivity and without prior notice from one of the signatory parties for a period of more than six months, this treaty may be terminated by any of the parties.
