Treaty Sancratosia-Tinland

Treaty between the Principality of Sancratosia and the Republic of Tinland

The Principality of Sancratosia and the Republic of Tinland, in representing the Commonwealth of Hawa, the State of Sumiaya, the State of Dolora, the State of New Port, the Northwest Territory, the Crownbur and the Erkon Territory, hereafter called “the Pations”, in accordance with the principles of international law;

Agree to the following :

Article 1.

This Treaty of Mutual Recognition shall be between the Governments of the Principality of Sancratosia and the Government of the Republic of Tinland, at each of their consent, to establish goodwill and respect each of them; and for all purposes relating to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition, the said Governments shall be, hereinafter, described as “The Parties”.

Article 2.

The Parties to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition do hereby formally and perpetually recognize the independence, sovereignty, jurisdiction, territorial integrity, responsibilities, and all other measures that determine the other as a fully independent micronation.

Article 3.

In pursuit of the commitment that both Parties have to the previous article to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition, both Parties shall permanently hold diplomatic missions to the other, whereby free and continuous communication between the said Governments shall occur. Furthermore, the Parties to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition shall undertake processes to resolve any disputes or conflicts between them, which are currently present, or that may hereafter arise between them.

Article 4.

The Parties to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition shall not be forced nor intimidated into providing aid, comfort, or assistance to the other if they shall be invaded or engage in any act of aggression or war with another micronation; however, neither Party to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition, shall rise arms to, nor provide any aid, comfort, or assistance to any micronation which may be invaded or had invaded the other Party to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition.

Article 5.

The Parties to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition shall retain the right to sign and ratify any treaties, conventions, or agreements between their government and that of any other micronation or micronations, and to join and withdraw from alliances and intermicronational organizations, of which none of the said actions shall be binding towards or enforced onto the other Party assigned to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition.

Article 6.

The Government of the Principality of Sancratosia hereby recognizes the rights and authority of the several States within the Republic of Tinland to make contracts and other agreements between their governments, as well as, the authority of the Government of the Republic of Tinland to affirm the contracts or agreements.

Article 7.

If any Party to this Treaty of Mutual Recognition shall dissolve or become ineffective, without an appointed successor to fulfill the requirements by this Treaty within thirty days, then the requirements and obligations shall immediately become void and null.

Article 8.

This Treaty of Mutual Recognition shall be deemed effective upon the signature and ratification from the Governments of the Principality of Sancratosia and the Government of the Republic of Tinland.
