Article 1.

Article 7 is replaced with the following:

The issuance of the identity card are issued at a cost which is fixed by the administration. The cost covers the production of the card and shipping fees.

Article 2.

After Article 7 is added the following article:

The identity card is delivered, by mail, to the address given by the applicant on their application form.

Article 3.

After the newly added Article 8 is added the following article:

Our Secretary of State and Our Minister of State are charged, each in what concerns them, of the execution of the present Ordinance.
