Sovereign Ordinance no 55 of 20 April 2022 on the issuance of passports

SOVEREIGN PRINCESS OF SANCRATOSIA

Considering the Constitution of Sancratosia;

Considering the Civil Code;

We order:

Article 1.

The passport is issued without age condition, to every Sancratosian subject who requests it, by the Minister of State.

It is replaced in the same conditions after restitution, if applicable of the precedent passport.

Article 2.

The demand is done through the Ministry of State with the help of the form foreseen to this effect.

The form must be accompanied by an identity photo, on a clear background, without any hats and must be recent.

Article 3.

The request for a passport done in the name of a minor is presented by the or one of the people exercising the parental authority and is accompanied of the justifying documents of this quality.

The request of a passport done in the name of a major under guardianship is presented by the guardian with the justifying documents of this quality.

Article 4.

The passport bears the following mentions:

The name, the surnames in the order of the civil status, the date and the place of birth, the sex and, if the interested ask for it, the given names authorized by the law;

The issuing authority of the document and the date of its issuance;

The number of the document.

It also bears the following mentions:

The photo of the titular and their signature;

The ministerial stamp.

Article 5.

The passport is given to the requester.

The passport of a major under guardianship is given to them in the presence of the guardian.

Article 6.

The duration of the validity of the passport is limited to ten years from the moment of its issuance.

It cannot be prolonged.

Article 7.

The issuance of the identity card are issued at a cost which is fixed by the administration. The cost covers the production of the card and shipping fees.

Article 8.

The identity card is delivered, by mail, to the address given by the applicant on their application form.

Our Secretary of State and Our Minister of State are charged, each in what concerns them, of the execution of the present Ordinance.
