Preamble

Expressing the collective ambition of the Principality of Sancratosia and the Grand Republic of Cycoldia and its Imperium abroad to initiate bilateral diplomatic relations;

Guided by the treaty of mutual recognition in serving as the basis of future relations between both nations;

Aware of the capacity of the treaty to be nullified in case of dissolution or inability to maintain future relations by either nation.

Article 1.

Solemnly affirms the sovereignty and political status of the Principality of Sancratosia by the Grand Republic of Cycoldia.

Article 2.

Solemnly affirms the sovereignty and political status of the Grand Republic of Cycoldia and its Imperium by the Principality of Sancratosia.

Article 3.

Designates all territories held and claimed by the Principality of Sancratosia as territory of the principality by the Grand Republic of Cycoldia.

Article 4.

Designates all territories held and claimed by the Grand Republic of Cycoldia as territory of the Grand Republic by the Principality of Sancratosia.

Article 5.

Designates all territories held and claimed by the Cycoldian Imperium and claimed as members or partial members as territory of the Imperium and her members by the Principality of Sancratosia.

Article 6.

Stresses the continued bilateral recognition of sovereignty and political status of both nations even in situations involving civil unrest or conflict.

Article 7.

Underscores the mutual observance of the codified laws of both nations when in the respective territory of the nation, both claimed and held.
