Article 1.

The counting of the population of the Principality will happen periodically at a date which will be determined by the Minister of State which will also determine its duration.

 Article 2.

To proceed with this operation, are established and formulated the tables which are filled by a commission presided over by the Mayor.

The number of members and the list of the members of this commission are fixed by Ministerial Decree.

Article 3.

Between each general census, an annual estimation of the population is established by the National Institute of Statistics on the basis of the demographic data collected by the services of the State and of the Municipality.

Article 4.

The results of this estimation fixed on 31 December of the year are published in the Journal of Sancratosia no later than on 30 April of the following year by the Minister of State.

Article 5.

The Government Council shall be responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
