Article 1.

The Ministries are the following:

1. Ministry of Society;

2. Ministry of Finances;

3. Ministry of Economy;

4. Ministry of Territory;

5. Ministry of Foreign Relations.

Article 2.

The departmental attributions of the Ministries are the following:

1. Ministry of Society:

a) Department of Education;

b) Department of Sports;

c) Department of Culture;

d) Department of Health;

e) Department of Inclusion;

f) Department of Labour;

g) Department of Family.

2. Ministry of Finances:

a) Department of Treasury;

b) Department of Currency;

c) Department of Taxes;

d) Department of Public Domain.

3. Ministry of Economy:

a) Department of Development;

b) Department of Tourism;

c) Department of Innovation;

d) Department of Mail;

e) Department of Telecommunications.

4. Ministry of Territory:

a) Department of Infrastructures;

b) Department of Planning;

c) Department of Protection;

d) Department of Environment;

e) Department of Transportation.

5. Ministry of Foreign Relations:

a) Department of International Collaboration;

b) Department of Diplomacy.

Article 3.

Remain under the direct authority of the Minister of State, the following departments:

a) Department of General Governance;

b) Department of Documentation;

c) Department of Justice;

d) Department of Statistics.

Article 4.

Sovereign Ordinances will precise for each Department the offices, agencies, administrations and other organs under which they have authority.

Article 5.

The Government Council shall be responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
