Article 1.

The Honourable Order of the Carnation is established to reward and recognize exceptional devotion to duty in service for the Principality of Sancratosia.

The Princess is the Grand Master of the Order.

This order can, in special cases, be attributed to foreigners.

Article 2.

The Honourable Order of the Carnation is composed of three classes, the Commander, the Officer and the Member.

A mandatory time of one year must be spent in each class before a promotion can be given.

Article 3.

All nominations into the Order belong to the Grand Master.

Article 4.

The decoration of the Order is formed of a silver cross, bearing in the centre,  a depiction of a carnation with two green vertical bars, surrounded by the name and the motto of the Order : PER LA DEDICA A DEBE EN SERVI.

The ribbon of the order is green.

Article 5.

The Grand Master only have the right, in the determined cases, to pronounce the revocation of one of its members.

Article 6.

The Order is administered by the Chancellor.
