Article 1.

There is a Crown Council composed of seven members nominated, for a period of one year, by Sovereign Ordinance.

The president is chosen by Us among the members of said council.

Article 2.

The Crown Council has for mission to give its advice on questions that We submit to it.

It can address to Us, under the form of reports, their suggestions on affairs that it, on itself, undertake to study.

Article 3.

The discussions, deliberations, the reports and, in general, all the works of the council shall have a rigorously secret character ; the members of the council shall take before Us an oath to observe this secret.

Article 4.

The council is convened by Us or by its president ; in the latter case, the president will inform Us of the date of the convocation.

The council shall sit in Our Palace.
