Article 1.

It is prohibited to publish or spread any information likely to undermine the security of the State and any false news likely to disturb the public peace.

The administrative authority may take actions against any publication made in violation of the provisions of this article.

Article 2.

The Minister of State may order the termination of any newspaper or writing, periodical or otherwise, the publication of which is likely to harm the interests of the State.
