Article 1.

The ceremonial territorial claim shall follow the limits of the Beauharnois-Salaberry Regional Municipal County in the Province of Quebec as of 1 December 2023.

Article 2.

Subsequent modifications to the limits of the Beauharnois-Salaberry Regional Municipal County made by the Province of Quebec shall have no effect on the ceremonial territorial claim.

The Crown Council, in meeting, shall advice in the advent of such subsequent modifications.

Article 4.

The Government Council is responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
