Sovereign Ordinance no 168 of 15 October 2023 on the issuance of identity documents

SOVEREIGN PRINCESS OF SANCRATOSIA

Considering the Constitution of Sancratosia;

Considering the Civil Code;

Considering the Law no 3 of 5 January 2022 on the nationality;

Considering the Sovereign Ordinance no 132 of 24 april 2023 on the registry of Sancratosian citizenship;

We order:

Article 1.

Is instituted a single national card certifying the identity of its titular. It’s name is : « IDENTITY CARD – SANCRATOSIAN CITIZENSHIP ».

The card is delivered, without age restriction, under reservations of the dispositions of articles 2 and 7, to any Sancratosian citizen registered in the registry of Sancratosian citizenship.

Article 2.

The identity card is delivered by the office of the Mayor of Sancratosia to any Sancratosian who have requested it.

Article 3.

The identity card is established on the basis of the form submitted by the citizen requesting the card.

It contains visual personal data about the titular, specifically:

  1. their full name;
  2. their date and place of birth;
  3. their gender;
  4. their citizenship identification number;
  5. their digitized picture;

It also contains visual numeric data, specifically:

  1. the document number;

Article 4.

When requesting an identity card, the titular is sending a picture through an online form.

The digitized picture represent the applicant from the front, bareheaded, against a light background.

Any minor, applying alone, must produce a written and signed attestation of consent from the person or the persons exercising parental authority, together with a copy of the identity document of the person signing the attestation.

An application for an identity in the name of an adult under guardianship must be presented by the guardian and accompanied by the documents justifying this status.

Article 5.

The issuance of the identity card are issued at a cost which is fixed by the administration. The cost covers the production of the card and shipping fees.

Article 6.

The identity card is delivered, by mail, to the address given by the applicant on their application form.

Article 7.

Our Secretary of State and Our Minister of State are charged, each in what concerns them, of the execution of the present Ordinance.
