Article 1.

The Order of Excellency is established to reward and recognize contributions of intellectual excellency and contributions that extend the intellectual influence of the Principality of Sancratosia.

The Princess is the Grand Master of the Order.

This order can be attributed to foreigners.

Article 2.

The Order of Excellency is composed of three class, the Companion, the Officer and the Member.

Article 3.

All nominations of recipients of the order belong to the Grand Master.

Article 4.

The decoration of the Order is formed of a silver cross, bearing in the centre, a depiction of the lesser coat of arms of Sancratosia, surrounded by the motto of the Order: PER LA ESELENTIA EN LA CONOSE E LA SABE.

The ribbon of the order is checkered red and white.

Article 5.

The Grand Master only have the right, in the determined cases, to pronounce the revocation of one of its recipients.

Article 6.

The Order is administered by the Chancellor.
