Article 1.

The Friendship Star is established to reward and recognize the establishment of friendly relations with the Principality of Sancratosia.

The Princess is the Sovereign of the Star.

This star can be attributed to foreigners.

Article 2.

All nominations of recipients of the star belong to the Sovereign.

Article 3.

The star is formed of a red eight points star, bearing in the centre, a silver circle with a depiction of the quartered pattern red and white, surrounded by the following inscription: ESTRELA DE LA AMIA | LA PRINSIA DE SANCRATOSISA.

The ribbon of the medal is red with six white lines.

Article 4.

The Sovereign only have the right, in the determined cases, to pronounce the revocation of one of its recipients.

Article 5.

The Star is administered by the Chancellor.
