SOVEREIGN PRINCESS OF SANCRATOSIA

With the desire to establish Decorations of Meritorious Service;

Considering the Sovereign Ordinance no 23 of 6 January on the creation of the Medals of Civil Service;

We order:

Article 1.

The Sovereign Ordinance no 23 of 6 January on the creation of the Medals of Civil Service is renamed : Sovereign Ordinance on the creation of the Decorations of Meritorious Service.

Article 2.

The Sovereign Ordinance no 23 of 6 January on the creation of the Medals of Civil Service is replaced by the following:

Article 1.

The Decorations of Meritorious Service are established to reward and recognize outstanding contribution and service that brought honour to the Principality of Sancratosia.

The Decorations shall be comprised of the Cross of Meritorious Service and of the Medal of Meritorious Service.

The Princess is the Sovereign of the Decorations.

These decorations can be attributed to foreigners.

Article 2.

All nominations of recipients of the decorations belong to the Sovereign.

Article 3.

The medals are formed:

1. For the Cross of Meritorious Service, of a depiction of the greater coat of arms of Sancratosia, surrounded by the repeated motto : SERVI VALUADA, on a silver cross.

The ribbon of the decoration is white with two red strips on each side.

2. For the Medal of Meritorious Service, of a depiction of the greater coat of arms of Sancratosia, surrounded by the repeated motto : SERVI VALUADA, on a silver cross in a circle.

The ribbon of the decoration is white with three red lines on each side.

Article 4.

The Sovereign only have the right, in the determined cases, to pronounce the revocation of one of its recipients.

Article 5.

The Decorations are administered by the Chancellor.

Article 3.

The Honours Commission shall be responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
