Article 1.

Any foreigner aged 13 or older, that wants to enter in the territory of the Principality, must be in possession of a valid passport, or of any travel or identification document, and bearing the stamps, visas and authorizations permitting the entry in Canada.

Canadian residents must have an identification card issued by the Canadian administration or the administration of a province or a territory.

Article 2.

Any foreigner aged 13 or older, that wants to enter in the territory of the Principality, must request a visiting visa upon entering in Sancratosia, unless they are not required to, according to the visa policy of Sancratosia.

Visas are available for a duration of 3, 5 or 7 days.

Article 3.

Visas can be extended upon request to the Ministry of Territory at least 1 day before its expiration.

Chapter II. Final Dispositions

Article 4.

The Government Council shall be responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
