Article 1.

Is created a National Institute of Heritage within the Department of Culture of which it constitutes an administration.

Article 2.

The National Institute of Heritage is charged with the preservation and the valuation of the national heritage.

Apart from the missions which are conferred to it by Article 1 of the aforementioned Law no 16 of 23 March 2023, the National Institute of Heritage is notably responsible for:

1. to participate, on behalf of the Principality, with the Department of International Collaboration, in the work of international organizations within its field of competence;

2. to ensure the general secretariat of the Heritage Commission;

3. to organize the Heritage Days in Sancratosia;

4. any other mission that could be conferred to it in application of legislative or regulatory dispositions.

Article 4.

Our Secretary of State and Our Minister of State are charged, each in what concerns them, of the execution of the present Ordinance.
