Article 1.

Is instituted a Sancratosian Sports and Games Confederation which has for mission:

1. to define a program of renovation, amelioration, coordination and of control of sports and games activities;

2. to establish, within the framework of this program, the conditions and the rules for the attribution of subsidies to the sports and games federations in order to create a sporting and gaming elite capable of representing the Principality in international competitions;

3. in a general manner, to give its advice on every question interesting for the organization of sporting and gaming competitions in the Principality or abroad.

Article 2.

Under the presidency of the Government Councillor-Minister of Society, this commission is thus composed of:

1. the Mayor of Sancratosia as vice-president;

2. three National Councillors;

3. the Municipal Councillor assigned to sporting and gaming affairs;

4. the director of the Department of Sports;

5. the President of the Sancratosian Micronational Olympic Committee;

6. four people designated for their competence in sporting and gaming affairs by a Ministerial Decree.

Article 3.

The Government Council shall be responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
