Article 1.

The honours system shall have the following order of precedence:

1. Order of Sancratosia

2. Order of Excellency

2. Dynastic orders

1. Order of the Sovereign

2. Order of the Crown

3. Most Honourable Order of Monoroca

4. Honourable Order of the Carnation

5. Honourable Order of the Martlet

3. State Decorations

1. Cornelis George Boeree Medal for Innovation and Creativity

2. Medal of Diplomatic Relations

3. Friendship Star

4. Public service decorations

1. Cross of Meritorious Service

2. Medal of Meritorious Service

3. Medal of the Public Force

5. Other decorations

1. Municipal Order of Sancratosia

6. Commemorative medals

7. Participation medals

Article 2.

The order of precedence inside of each honour is determined by their ranks within.

Article 3.

Upon the creation of a new honour, the Honours Commission can determine their place in the order of precedence.

Article 4.

The Honours Commission shall be responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
