– unite people having declared their allegiance to the political group « Uni sancratosian » and that adhere to the values it represents;

– study and formulate proposals on all matters of interest for the Principality;

– promote its proposals on all matters of interest for the Principality;

– inform the population and the institutions on all matters of interest for the Principality;

Duration : 99 years, from the authorization of the Government.
