Article 1.

After Article 2 is added the following article:

The form of government is the constitutional monarchy.

Article 2.

After the newly added Article 3 is added the following article:

The Principality is a constitutional state under the rule of law and committed to the respect of the fundamental freedoms and rights.

Article 3.

Article 46, paragraph B is replaced by the following:

Concerning the affairs pertaining to the Administration of Justice;

Article 4.

The present law is promulgated and executed as a law of the State.

The Secretary of State is responsible of its publication in the Jornal de Sancratosia.
