Law no 5 of 13 January 2022 on the provisions against discrimination

BY THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE
SOVEREIGN PRINCESS OF SANCRATOSIA
We Promulgate this present law, that the National Council adopted in its session of 12 January 2022;
Chapter I. Of provisions against discrimination
Article 1.
No one may discriminated against on the basis of their social origin, their economic situation, their place of origin, their ethnicity, their sex, their gender identity and expression, their sexual orientation, their religion, political or ideological convictions and their social and physical conditions by an individual, a private or public society or by the public authorities.
Article 2.
A right attributed to a Sancratosian citizen either by the uncodified or codified laws of Sancratosia, by the judgements of the courts, or by any public authority of Sancratosia is reputed to be granted to all Sancratosian citizens without discrimination.
Chapter II. Final dispositions
Article 3.
Regulatory dispositions determine, as needed, the conditions of application of the present law.
Article 4.
The present law is promulgated and executed as a law of the State.
The Government Council is responsible of its publication in the Jornal de Sancratosia.
Promulgated in Our Princely Palace in Sancratosia on thirteen January two thousand twenty-two.
