BY THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE
SOVEREIGN PRINCESS OF SANCRATOSIA
We Promulgate this present law, that the National Council adopted in its session of 12 January 2022;
Chapter I. Of the oath of nationality
Article 1.
The oath of nationality shall be the following:
I swear to be faithful to Her Sovereign Highness Princess Cloe, Sovereign Princess of Sancratosia and that I will faithfully respect the Constitution and the laws of Sancratosia.
Chapter II. Of the oaths of office
Article 2.
The oath of office for the Members of the Government Council, the State Council, the Crown Council and the President of the National Council shall be the following:
I promise to fulfill my duties with integrity, impartiality and professionalism.
Article 3.
The oath of office for the Members of the National Council and the Municipal Council shall be the following:
I promise to fulfill my role by considering the interests of the Principality of Sancratosia and of Sancratosian citizens above my own.
Article 4.
The oath of office for authorities, of public service workers, of administrative employees and of service members of the public force shall be the following:
I promise loyalty to the State and to rightfully accomplish my duties and to follow the obligations of my charge.
Chapter III. Of the oaths of the Sovereign Family
Article 5.
The oath of inauguration for the Sovereign of Sancratosia shall be the following:
I swear to be faithful to the Principality of Sancratosia, to its Constitution and to its laws, to maintain the national independence and integrity of the territory, as well as the collective and individual rights and freedoms.
Article 6.
The oath of inauguration for the Regent of the Sovereign of Sancratosia shall be the following:
I swear to be faithful to the Sovereign and to the Principality of Sancratosia, to its Constitution and to its laws, to maintain the national independence and integrity of the territory, as well as the collective and individual rights and freedoms.
Chapter IV. Final dispositions
Article 7.
Regulatory dispositions determine, as needed, the conditions of application of the present law.
Article 8.
The present law is promulgated and executed as a law of the State.
The Government Council is responsible of its publication in the Jornal de Sancratosia.
Promulgated in Our Princely Palace in Sancratosia on thirteen January two thousand twenty-two.
