We Promulgate this present law, that the National Council adopted in its session of 4 January 2022;

Chapter I. Of the public recreational days

Article 1.

The public recreational days are to be considered with the same status as a normal Sunday.

Article 2.

The following dates shall be established as non-movable public recreational days:

A. 1 January, New Year’s Day
B. 15 January, George Boeree Day
C. 10 February, National Flag Day
D. 1 March, Sovereign Princess Day
E. 21 March, Elefen Language Day
F. 15 April, Duchess Maria I Day
G. 1 May, Workers’ Day
H. 10 June, Chives Day
I. 21 October, Emergence Day
J. 11 November, Martlet Day
K. 1 December, Independence Day
L. 17 December, Maple Day
M. 25 December, Winter’s Day

Article 3.

The following dates shall be established as movable public recreational days:

A. First Monday of September, Goose Day
B. Fourth Friday of May, Friendship’s Day
C. Third Monday of February, Sancratosians’ Day

Chapter II. Final dispositions

Article 4.

Regulatory dispositions determine, as needed, the conditions of application of the present law.

Article 5.

The present law is promulgated and executed as a law of the State.

The Government Council is responsible of its publication in the Jornal de Sancratosia.

Promulgated in Our Princely Palace in Sancratosia on five January two thousand twenty-two.
