BY THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE
SOVEREIGN PRINCESS OF SANCRATOSIA
We Promulgate this present law, that the National Council adopted in its session of 29 December 2022;
Chapter I. Of the primitive budget
Article 1.
The revenues affected to the budget of the 2023 fiscal year are evaluated to the global sum of 37 625 Si.
Article 2.
The expenses affected to the budget of the 2023 fiscal year are fixed to the maximal global sum of 37 625 Si.
Chapter II. Of the special accounts of the Treasury
Article 3.
The revenues affected to the special accounts of the Treasury of the 2023 fiscal year are evaluated to the global sum of 400 Si.
Article 4.
The expenses affected to the special accounts of the Treasury of the 2023 fiscal year are evaluated to the global sum of 200 Si.
Chapter III. Of the programs of public equipment
Article 5.
The expenses affected to the programs of public equipment for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 fiscal years are evaluated to the global sum of 600 Si.
Chapter IV. Final dispositions
Article 6.
Regulatory dispositions determine, as needed, the conditions of application of the present law.
Article 7.
The present law is promulgated and executed as a law of the State.
The Government Council is responsible of its publication in the Jornal de Sancratosia.
Promulgated in Our Princely Palace in Sancratosia on thirty December two thousand twenty-two.
