As of 2024, the Sancratosian impresa is being phased out in favour of the LMCU piaster. It remains legal tender.
The Sancratosian impresa, also known colloquially as the Simpresa, was the sole official currency of Sancratosia.
The currency is pegged actually to the half-value of the Canadian dollar.

Banknotes
The Sancratosian impresa banknotes are composed of denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100.
Banco of Sancratosia is responsible for the production and circulation of the currency. The present series features on the obverse, Her Sovereign Highness Princess Cloe and the reverse features the national flower, Allium schoenoprasum, commonly known as Chives.
