The Principality of Sancratosia is an independent and sovereign state located in North America.

Territory

Sancratosia has made a symbolic territorial claim in the Montérégie region of an area of 574.20 km².

The Principality does not have control over this territory.

It is located about 53 km south of Montreal and 124 km east of Ottawa, the capital of Canada.

It is also located about 37 km north from the Canada–United States border.

For its day to day operations, Sancratosia operates from an extraterritorial territory located in the city of Montreal.

Mission statement

The Principality of Sancratosia is a civic nationalism experiment that was founded with the goal of building a welcoming community where everyone can be who they want to be.

Human rights are at the heart of the foundation of the Principality.

Its culture is built around the use of its official language, the Lingua Franca Nova and the shared aspects between the citizens that should be, in the best way possible, replicable everywhere in the world or create a sense of uniqueness for its population.
