The Principality of Sancratosia and the Principality of Moscha, hereafter called “the Nations”, in accordance with the principles of international law;
Agree to the following :
The Nations agree on mutual recognition of their existence as a micro-nation, both legal and constitutional with full sovereignty, freedom and independence.
The Nations agree on mutual recognition of their symbols, territories, institutions, legal system and legitimacy of their authority and established laws.
The Nations agree on mutual recognition of free diplomatic exchange with other Nations, States, Micro-nations and of joining micro-national organizations without this binding the other party signatory of this treaty.
The Nations commit to the mutual defense of integrity, sovereignty, independence and their national reality against any aggression from another Nation or Micro-nation.
The Nations undertake to resolve their differences through dialogue and diplomatic channels.
The Nations commit, in the event of a declaration of war on another micro-nation, in the entire revision of this treaty.
The Nations undertake and agree to make this recognition public.
This Treaty shall be ratified, in accordance with the institutional procedure of each of the micro-nations and shall enter into force on the day of its signature.
Each signatory party undertakes to give it as much publicity as possible in its territory.
Once this treaty has been ratified, it will remain in force indefinitely, as long as it is not denounced in writing by one of the signatory parties.
In the event of demonstrated inactivity and without prior notice from one of the signatory parties for a period of more than two years, this treaty will be considered cancelled.
If permanent inactivity is announced by official communication and verified by one of the signatory parties, the Treaty will be immediately cancelled.
