Article 1.

Is attributed a citizenship identification number, also called « CIN », to every citizen of the Principality of Sancratosia. This number is inscribed in the Registry of Sancratosia citizenship.

Article 2.

The citizenship identification number shall be constructed from the following information:

1. the date of birth;

2. the country of birth;

3. a serial sequence;

4. the month and regal year of application;

5. a check digit;

The full citizenship identification number shall correspond to the following structure:

YYMMDDCCCCSMYNN

Where « YYMMDD » represents the date of birth; « CCCC » represents the country of birth, « S » represents the serial; « MY » represents the month and regal year of application; and « NN » represents the check digit.

Article 3.

The use of the citizenship identification number shall be regulated by Ministerial Decree.
