Article 1.

Is instituted, under our Department of Online services, an Internet Registration Agency.

Article 2.

The rules of attribution, registration, management and maintenance of the electronic communications resources of the Principality of Sancratosia shall be regulated by the Internet Registration Agency.

Article 3.

The pricing for the attribution or the renewal of the electronic communications resources are to be fixed by the Internet Registration Agency and to be approved by the Government Council.

Article 4.

The Minister of State is responsible for the execution of the present decree.
