Sancratosia has two elected constitutional bodies, the National Council and the Municipal Council.

The National Council is composed of 12 members elected by plurality block voting in a single nationwide constituency with panachage for 8 seats and by proportional voting according to the Sainte-Laguë method for 4 seats.

The Municipal Council is composed of 6 members elected by plurality block voting in a single nationwide constituency with panachage for all seats.
