Article 1.

There is a Registry of Legal Entities that must contain the following informations:

1. the form of the legal organization;
2. the social denomination and the abbreviations used;
3. the object of the legal organization;
4. the name of the administrators;
5. the date of authorization and approbation of the statutes;
6. the number and the date of the « Jornal de Sancratosia » in which they have been published;

Article 2.

Any modification, including the dissolution of the Legal Entity done after the inscription in the Registry of Legal Entities must be made known to the Department of Development no latter than fifteen days after the deliberation of the board or the general assembly which has adopted these modifications.

Article 3.

The Ministry of Economy is responsible for the application of the present Sovereign Ordinance.
