The Principality of Sancratosia respects the privacy of everyone that comes into contact with its government.
The Principality of Sancratosia respects the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation. This policy describes how we collect and use personal data.
By applying for Sancratosian citizenship you provide us personal data, which may include, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and email address. “Personal data” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person. After registration of your personal data, you have the right to request a pseudonym. You can provide us with your own pseudonym or a Sancratosian pseudonym can be given to you upon request.
When you submit an application for citizenship, your personal data may be used for events related to the Principality of Sancratosia (newsletters, elections, census, etc.) and can be used to make graphs and statistics. We store your data within Canada. We don’t share your data with third parties and your data is only available for members of the Government of the Principality of Sancratosia and its administrators. We store your personal data as long as you are a member of the Sancratosian community. You can renounce Sancratosian citizenship at any time by contacting the Ministry of State. In this case, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
The Principality of Sancratosia does not collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent.

Article 22 of the Constitution of the Principality of Sancratosia foresees that everyone has the right to the respect of their private and familial life. As such, the Principality of Sancratosia only requests what is needed for the functioning of its government.
